Triple-A Formula for Attracting People


Les Gibin in his book 'How to have Confidance and Power in Dealing with People' talks about this amazing Triple-A formula.

  • Acceptance
  • Approval
  • Appreciation

Acceptance:
He says Accept people as they are. Allow them to be themselves. We should ask anyone to be perfect before we like them. And we should not bargain anyone for acceptance like asking them that if you do such and such I'll accept you.

Approval:
Look for SOMETHING in others to approve in them. It may be small and insignificant. But, let them know that you approve of that. Once the other person gets a taste of approval he'll begin to change his behaviour so that he'll be approved for other things also.

Appreciation:
To appreciate means to raise in value. He says that let other people know that you value them. Treat them as if they were valuable to you. Give them 'special' individual treatment. Everyone likes to be treated special.

Treat others with this Triple-A formula and you will see yourself succeeding in all relations and all businesses and works.
